Our Policy
Kindermusik Enrollment Information (School Year 2025-2026)Kindermusik classes take place from August to May during our school year session. Summer sessions are developed if space allows.
Kindermusik Classes Families enrolled in Kindermusik classes at Music with Ms. Sasha’s Studios will receive 36 weeks of classes, covering 2 semester-long Kindermusik curricula units, as well as two celebration weeks at the end of each semester. Other options for bonus classes/playdates are below.
Bonus Classes/Makeups: Families are invited to take advantage of our unlimited Bonus Class and Makeup class feature. While you are an actively enrolled Kindermusik family, you can access bonus or makeup classes via our family platform at my.kindermusik.com. Sick? Away? Crazy Day? Sleepless Night? No problem! Simply log into the platform and see all bonus or makeup class options available and book yourself a seat in class.
Cancelled Classes (Staff): Sometimes our teachers get sick or are performing and need to cancel classes. In these cases, the family account will have a financial credit created that will apply directly to the next monthly payment.
Payment Structure: Our school year runs from August to May, with a total of 36 instructional class and celebration weeks. The cost of all 36 weeks is divided into 10 equal monthly payments from August to May. This way, families can plan ahead for consistent payments throughout the year. Payments are charged on the 1st of the month.
Unenrollment: Need to stop your enrollment? No problem! Simply let us know before the 1st of the month to avoid next month’s charges. We only wish you well and hope you know that you are always welcome back!
